L’Auberge de la Sélune is a gourmet restaurant which proposes refined cuisine, prepared with fresh, local seasonal products.
Our cuisine is characterized by the spirit that our chef Shoro instills in it, that of a cuisine of well-being, balance and harmony both for your taste and for your health. It seeks to bring you emotion through very beautiful combinations of flavors and textures, the accuracy of the cooking, the precision of the seasonings.
Our desire to work as close as possible to the freshness of the products and their seasonality means that we will not know in advance the content of our menus, these being defined the same morning.

Thursday: 7.00PM - 8.30PM
Friday: 12.00PM - 1.15PM
Saturday: 12.00PM - 1.15PM and 7.00PM - 8.30PM
Sunday: closed (except on request for group meals).
