The perré is the name given locally to the waterfall of the old bridge of Ducey.

The Perré menu is the tasting menu of the Auberge de la Sélune. It fully expresses the cuisine of our chef Shoro. It invites you to discover a harmony of flavors in a balance that will surprise you with the well-being it will bring you.

The Perré menu is a 4-course menu, served in tasting portions for the whole table. This summer, it is only available on reservation 24 hours in advance, not served on Monday and Tuesday.
