Our chef Shoro is Japanese. Having arrived in France around fifteen years ago, he learned from great chefs and in great houses. Today he proposes the cuisine he wants to pass on to you, based on the local products from Normandy that he loves, and in particular those from the sea and the fields.

Every year, little by little and thanks to your trust, our old house, the fruit of several generations, is given a facelift, in small stages, to keep up with the times. Our annual closures are often the pretext for renovation work.

But beyond the major changes, our hotel and restaurant are above all a succession of small details to which we attach great importance. From the quality of the textures of our restaurant chairs to the detail of a headboard in our garden suite, from the camellia flower chosen to embellish your table to the harmonious arrangement of the desk in your room, we know that the smallest, most unobtrusive details contribute to the soothing effect we want to bring to your stay.
